1. How to add contacts through importing ?

Steps:

1. Kindly go to Contacts & CRM

2. Click on Import Contacts

3. Chose the CSV file

4. Select the contacts column and name column

5. If you've any custom field data in the CSV file, kindly select the column for that.

6. And, click on upload.

How to create CSV file

1. Go to Excel

2. Column 1 ---> Fill Customers WhatsApp Number with +Country code

3. Column 2 ---> Fill the names of the customers

4. Column 3 & 4 ---> Kindly fill the variables like Custom fields (If Neccessary)

5. Save the file in CSV format.
