# Efficiently using Contacts & CRM

#### Go to [app.whatstool.business](https://app.whatstool.business)

#### 1. Click "Contacts"

Click on "Contacts"

#### 2. Select the contacts

Fill in "on"

#### 3. Click "Assign Bulk Labels"

Select the "Assign Bulk Labels" option

#### 4. Select the label and Assign them

Navigate to the "Assign" section

#### 5. You can the assigned labels will be available

Click on "Interested +1"

#### 6. Even the multiple labels will be showing

Click the selected option

#### 7. Click "Filter"

Select the "Filter" option

#### 8. Filter out the contacts based on your requirements

#### 9. Select the label

#### 10. Select the operation

#### 11. This is mandatory

Fill in the text box with "Select ActionInclude ThisExclude This"

#### 12. Click "Apply"

Click on "Apply"

#### 13. You can run the campaign to selected contacts

Choose the "Start Campaign" option

#### 14. Also you can export these contacts

Select the option to "Export Contacts"
