Kindly refer the below video for better understanding
There are two different rules to assign agent in Whatstool
Manual : This only works in manual mode when team member assign the chat to different team member manually
Round robin : Round robin is automated way of assigning the Team member by providing the data in Assignment rule
Steps:
Kindly go to settings
Click on the manage team member
Click on assignment rule
Select the method
If it is manual, select and click on save
If it is round robin, provide the rank for the team member in sequence and make sure they're active
Click on update and finally click on Save
