Kindly refer the below video for better understanding

Assignment rules:

There are two different rules to assign agent in Whatstool

  1. Manual : This only works in manual mode when team member assign the chat to different team member manually

  2. Round robin : Round robin is automated way of assigning the Team member by providing the data in Assignment rule

Procedures:

Steps:

  1. Kindly go to settings

  2. Click on the manage team member

  3. Click on assignment rule

  4. Select the method

  5. If it is manual, select and click on save

  6. If it is round robin, provide the rank for the team member in sequence and make sure they're active

  7. Click on update and finally click on Save
