Zoho CRM (Customer Relationship Management) is a cloud-based platform designed to help businesses manage their customer relationships, streamline sales processes, and improve overall productivity. Steps to Install the App and Authorize :
Access Zoho CRM:
Log in to your Zoho CRM account using your credentials.
Navigate to Marketplace:
Once logged in, look for the "Setup" or "Settings" option (this might vary based on the version and customization of your Zoho CRM).
Find the "Marketplace" or "Apps" section.
Browse or Search for the App:
In the Marketplace or Apps section, you can browse for the Whatstool Business app you want to install. Alternatively, you can use the search feature to find the our app.
Select the App:
Click on the app to install .
Install the App:
There should be an option to "Install" or "Get Now" on the app's page. Click on this button to initiate the installation process.
Configure Settings:
Follow the on-screen instructions to configure any settings or permissions required for the app to integrate with Zoho CRM.
Authorize Access:
Some apps may require authorization to access your Zoho CRM data. Follow the prompts to grant the necessary permissions.
Complete Installation:
Once configured, complete the installation process.
Verify Installation:
Go back to your Zoho CRM dashboard or the relevant section where the app should now be accessible. Verify that the app is installed and functioning correctly.
Review Documentation:
Check the app's documentation or support resources for any additional setup or customization options.
Once this is Completed you need to follow few steps to send message to the Customer using Zoho CRM.
Go to Leads section and select the lead whom you want to send a WhatsApp Message
Click on Send Message on the Right Top.
Enter your API Number and API Key
Select the Template and Send a Message.
