# Assign Conversation

This card allows your agents to take over the conversation and provide a personal touch.

You can Assign the Conversation to any of the User or Team or Bot or their contact owner listed in the CRM software.

#### Assign to a user <a href="#assign-to-a-user" id="assign-to-a-user"></a>

If you select **Assignee Type as user**, then Assignee will be one of the users that you have invited on your WhatsTool Business Account.
