This card allows your agents to take over the conversation and provide a personal touch.
You can Assign the Conversation to any of the User or Team or Bot or their contact owner listed in the CRM software.
If you select Assignee Type as user, then Assignee will be one of the users that you have invited on your WhatsTool Business Account.
