Efficiently using the Campaign
Learn how to efficiently run a campaign for multiple contacts using the Whatstool application. From creating a campaign to importing contacts and analyzing performance metrics, this guide will walk you through each essential step for employee training.
Go to app.whatstool.business
1. Click "Campaign"
Access the campaign feature.

2. Click "Create Campaign"
Begin creating a new campaign.

3. Click "Select template"
Choose a template for the campaign.

4. Select the Template
Select the chosen template.

5. Enter the Default variable
Input a default variable.

6. Click "Select Template"
Confirm the template selection.

7. Import the contacts file
Import contacts from a CSV file.

8. Choose the file by clicking on Import CSV
Proceed with the CSV import.

9. Select the Column for WhatsApp Number
Select the desired columns.

10. Select another column for Variables
Confirm column selection.

11. Click "Continue"
Proceed to the next step.

12. Select "immediate"
Enter the immediate sending details.

13. Click "Save & Run"
Save and launch the campaign.

14. Click here for Analytics
Finish the campaign creation.

15. You can view all the Analytics of the campaign here
Check the sent status.

16. Even the button clicks Analytics available here
Interact with the campaign response options.
