# 6. How to add private note ?

Steps: This is to add Private Note in Customer chat. It'll be visible only to Team Member.&#x20;

1. Click on Private Note inside the Chat
2. Type the Message which you want to inform for your Team Member.
3. Then, Click on Send button.
