1. Click "Chats"

Navigate to the "Chats" section.

2. Click "New Chat"

Start a new chat by selecting "New Chat."

3. Enter the Customer number

Enter the WhatsApp number in the designated field.

4. Click "Select template"

Choose a template by clicking "Select template."

5. Click "Choose"

Select your choice by clicking on "Choose."

6. Enter the Default variable {{1}}

Proceed by clicking on "Enter default variable {{1}}."

7. Click "Select Template"

Select a template by clicking on "Select Template."

8. Click "Send"

Send the message by clicking on "Send."

9. Click on mic to record the voice note
