Efficiently using the Automation
This guide will walk you through the steps to using Whatstool.
Go to app.whatstool.business
1. Click "Chatbot flows"
Click on "Chatbot flows"

2. Click "Create Chatbot"
Navigate to "Create Chatbot"

3. Enter the bot name
Select the "Enter title" option

4. Click "Create"
Choose the "Create" option

5. You can Drag and Drop the messages from here
Navigate to the "Interactive Message" section

6. This is Editor to edit the message
Click on "Body"

7. You can add the buttons here
Select the option to "Add Another Button"

8. Enter the Button text
Navigate to the "Button Title" section

9. You can connect from one node to another node
Click here

10. You can duplicate here
Choose the "Duplicate" option

11. Click "Action"
Select the option to "Action"

12. Drag and Drop to Update the input to CRM from User
Navigate to the "Update contact fields" section

13. Click "Assign Team Member"
Navigate to "Assign Team Member"

14. Assign the team member here
Select the "Select method Manual Assignment rule" option

15. Click "Ask a question"
Click on the "Ask a question" field

16. Click "Ask text"
Select the option to "Ask text"

17. Enter the questions here
Select this field

18. Store this answer in the Custom Field
Navigate to "Noneage - textrole - textcompany_size - textbusiness_name - textcampaign_type - textlead_type - textlocation - textcustomer_name - textemail_1 - textnotes_1 - textwebsite_1 -..."

19. You can import the templates from here
Choose the "Open Templates" option

20. Click "Save"
Click on the "Save" field
