1. How to create a campaign ?


Steps :

  1. Kindly go to Campaign

  2. Click on create campaign which is in right top

  3. Select the required message or template to send

  4. Select the contacts to run the campaign

  5. After importing the CSV file, Kindly save the campaign or save and run the campaign

How should be the CSV file for Campaign

  1. Go to Excel

  2. Column 1 ---> Fill Customers WhatsApp Number with +Country code

  3. Column 2 ---> Fill the names of the customers

  4. Column 3 & 4 ---> Kindly fill the variables (If template has variable it is neccessary)

  5. Save the file in CSV format.
